Qavren was created by delivery practitioners who understand the pressure, complexity, and cost of large-scale ERP transformation.<\/p>\n

We have seen first-hand how much time is lost between strategy and execution. Workshops are completed, transcripts are recorded, notes are captured, and decisions are made, but delivery teams still have to manually translate that knowledge into requirements, backlog items, fit-gap assessments, data templates, test scenarios, and implementation artefacts.<\/p>\n
